Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy

www.boticario.com ships within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. 

www.boticario.com cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Internationally at this time.

Shipping

All orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are received before 12:00p.m EST, Monday – Friday, will ship same day. Any order received after 12:00p.m EST will ship on the next business day.

Orders above $75.00 ship for FREE. All orders less than $75.00 have a flat standard shipping rate. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from OBoticário with the details of your order, including the order number.

Shipping to Multiple Addresses

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, we recommend that you create separate orders for each shipment.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email from OBoticário containing your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. Please allows 3-9 business days to receive your order once it ships from our warehouse.

There are several ways that you can track your order:

  1. Check your inbox for an email from OBoticário with your tracking number and follow the link to the carrier website provided.
  2. If you have created a log in and password on www.boticario.com, you can log into your account (www.boticario.com/login ) and  find your order history under the Orders tab.
  3. You can contact our Customer Care Specialists via email contactUS@oboticario.com.br or call 1-844-640-1422, Monday – Friday between 9:00a.m. – 5:00p.m. EST.

Cancelling Orders

If you need to cancel your order, please contact our Customer Care Specialists via email contactUS@oboticario.com.br or call 1-844-640-1422. Our Customer Care Center is open Monday – Friday from 9:00a.m. – 6:00p.m. EST.

Restricted Hazardous Items

Certain items considered to be hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover and fragrances). These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. At www.boticario.com, we remain in compliance of the rules set forth by the Department of Transportation, which is why we only ship standard ground.
