We accept all major Credit Cards, Google Pay, Shop Pay and PayPal.
You can make changes to your order within one hour* of placing your order by contacting our Customer Care team here
*Except Holiday season.These things do happen. If any item arrives damaged, please contact our Customer Care team and they will help you with an exchange order immediately.
E-Gift cards arrive instantly via email once you place an order. The recipient will be able to redeem their E-Gift card at check out by using the promo code sent via email.
Our products are manufactured in Brazil.
Shipping
Here is everything you need to know about shipping at OBoticário
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. All orders usually ship within 24-48 business hours Monday - Friday.
We currently ship within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Internationally at this time.
Orders above $75.00 ship for FREE. All orders less than $75.00 will have a flat standard shipping rate.
Returns
At OBoticário we want you to feel the love that goes into each product that you order. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase we will gladly accept your return as new, in its original packaging, within 30 days of your date of purchase, and will provide you with a full refund.
