www.boticario.com ships within the contiguous United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico at this time. www.boticario.com cannot ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO or Internationally at this time.
All orders are processed and shipped by our warehouse Monday – Friday, excluding holidays. Orders that are received before 12:00p.m EST, Monday – Friday, will ship same day. Any order received after 12:00p.m EST will ship on the next business day. Orders above $65.00 ship for FREE. All orders less than $65.00 have a flat standard shipping rate of $8.60. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email from www.boticario.com with the details of your order, including the order number.
At this time, we can only ship to one address per order. If you would like to ship items to more than one address, we recommend that you create separate orders for each shipment.
Once your order ships, you will receive an email from www.boticario.com containing your tracking number and a link to the selected carrier site. Please allows 3-7 business days to receive your order once it ships from our warehouse.

These items are required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport due to air transport restrictions and regulations. At www.boticario.com, we remain in compliance of the rules set forth by the Department of Transportation, which is why we only ship standard ground.
